Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Delivery leadership to support strategic enterprise accounts.
- Lead early-stage discovery conversations, client workshops, and executive discussions.
- Define solution approaches aligned with Applied AI, Data, and modernization capabilities.
- Shape proof engagements including ideation workshops, assessments, and pilots.
- Drive conversion from opportunities to contracted revenue alongside Sales and Delivery teams.
- Ensure platform adoption and solution scalability.
- Influence closed business while meeting a defined annual ghost revenue target.
- Develop pricing strategies, business cases, and ROI-based solution positioning.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in enterprise technology roles.
- Experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or strategic presales.
- Strong understanding of cloud modernization and Data and AI use cases.
- Experience leading client workshops and executive conversations.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes.
- Experience across industries including Financial Services, Telecommunications, Media and Entertainment, Technology, and Health Tech.
- Experience shaping and commercializing AI, Data, or modernization solutions in complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Familiarity with AI accelerator platforms, reusable solution frameworks, or platform-led consulting offerings.
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy, business case development, and ROI-based solution positioning.
- Proven ability to convert assessments, workshops, or pilots into larger-scale delivery programs.
- Experience working across Sales, Delivery, and Account teams in a matrixed consulting or technology services environment.
