Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support Oracle Fusion technical solutions across Finance, Supply Chain Management, ERP, and related Oracle Cloud modules.
- Develop and maintain reporting and extraction solutions using BI Publisher, OTBI, BICC, FDI, and related Oracle technologies.
- Build and support FBDI data-load processes and ESS job automation.
- Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL solutions for reporting, integrations, and Oracle Fusion extensions.
- Support Oracle Integration Cloud solutions and inbound and outbound data flows.
- Develop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON-based services.
- Evaluate, enhance, and modernize Oracle Fusion customizations and extensions, including Redwood page customization and migration.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with architects, product owners, analysts, and functional teams.
- Participate in technical design reviews, deployment planning, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and release management.
- Improve platform reliability, performance, monitoring, observability, alerting, and operational efficiency.
- Establish Oracle platform development standards, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to development standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise application development, Oracle technical development, or platform engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud technical development.
- Expert-level knowledge of Oracle Finance and Supply Chain Management technical capabilities.
- Expert-level experience with FBDI, ESS, OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI, and BICC.
- Expert-level SQL and PL/SQL development experience.
- Expert-level experience supporting Oracle Integration Cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON-based integration patterns.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Redwood page customization and Redwood migration.
- Experience with OCI monitoring, logging, performance alerting, and dashboarding.
- Oracle Cloud certifications are preferred.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments, large enterprise SaaS environments, and with development standards or engineer mentoring.
