Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using Azure Integration Services.
- Develop workflows with Azure Logic Apps and custom integration logic with Azure Functions.
- Build and manage Azure API Management APIs, policies, versioning, lifecycle management, and governance standards.
- Design event-driven solutions using Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hubs.
- Implement messaging, routing, orchestration, and data transformation across enterprise systems.
- Develop integrations for ERP, ServiceMax, Salesforce CRM, and other enterprise applications.
- Design RESTful APIs and SOAP-based services and expose reusable business services through Azure API Management.
- Secure APIs and integrations using OAuth 2.0, Microsoft Entra ID, managed identities, certificates, JWT, and Azure Key Vault.
- Monitor integration health with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize integrations for scalability, resiliency, reliability, and performance.
- Participate in incident management and continuous service improvement.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and deployment procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience developing enterprise integration solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, and Azure Event Hubs.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML, and OpenAPI specifications.
- Experience implementing secure integrations with Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, JWT, certificates, and Azure Key Vault.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Preferred experience integrating Oracle R12, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce, Workday, or other enterprise platforms.
- Preferred knowledge of Azure Storage Accounts, Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, and Azure Data Factory.
- Preferred experience with event-driven architecture, asynchronous messaging, enterprise integration patterns, and cloud-native architectures.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes, including AKS.
- Microsoft Azure certifications such as Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204), Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), or Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) are preferred.
