Responsibilities
- Design and implement foundational blocks for Okta's mobile products.
- Stay updated with trends in Android development and recommend new tools.
- Collaborate with QA, Product, Support, and UX teams for integration.
- Propose and align on technical strategy.
- Gather and refine requirements for Android client components.
- Contribute to technical designs and architectural decisions.
- Develop high-quality, maintainable software components with tests.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 14+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years in Android architecture.
- Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin and deep understanding of the Android SDK.
- Experience with Java is a plus.
- Proven ability to thrive in agile environments with CI/CD.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
