Responsibilities
- Design and develop a scalable data infrastructure for increasing data volume and complexity.
- Implement novel approaches to optimize datasets for model training.
- Support optimal ingestion, transformation, and storage of datasets.
- Develop synthetic data generation workflows for realistic training data.
- Own end-to-end image and video pipelines for computer vision model training.
- Coordinate real-world data collection and label creation.
- Develop data quality tooling for metrics and feedback loops.
- Implement dataset versioning, release management, and metadata cataloging.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data engineering or equivalent fields.
- Solid understanding of data structures and systems design.
- Proficient in using AWS for data management and processing.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and Linux.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven ability to communicate well across engineering teams.
