Responsibilities
- Develop and redevelop enterprise solutions primarily in C# across Solera’s product portfolio.
- Design and deliver full-stack projects end-to-end, independently or collaboratively.
- Build core platform systems supporting enterprise APIs, authentication, and agentic workflows.
- Use AI tooling to accelerate development and implement enterprise AI solutions.
- Write and ship tested code, including automated integration tests.
- Upskill existing development teams and hand over new codebases and solutions.
- Communicate with product teams and brief stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in a senior software engineering role.
- Extensive hands-on full-stack development experience with C#, T-SQL, and React.
- Ability to design and deliver projects with significant autonomy and responsibility.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and understand complex enterprise environments.
- Practical experience using current AI technologies to accelerate development, preferably GitHub Copilot.
- Solid experience writing automated integration tests, ideally in a BDD style.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: experience with enterprise Java applications, team leadership, enterprise AI implementations, process automation, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
