Base Salary
$100k - $135k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Support frontend and backend development for the broader product.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into working solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues independently and drive problems to resolution.
- Contribute to code reviews and engineering standards across the team.
Requirements
- Strong general engineering background and solid technical fundamentals.
- Experience with or willingness to learn Microsoft Power Platform and PowerApps.
- Comfort working with data and backend systems.
- Senior-level problem-solving ability, self-direction, resourcefulness, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Clear and open communication in technical and stakeholder contexts.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Authorization to work in the United States; certain roles may require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation or security clearance.
