Responsibilities
- Design, code, build, configure, and enhance custom software applications and components.
- Translate stakeholder and business requirements into scalable, high-performing software solutions.
- Make technical decisions and provide solutions for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Lead implementation of software development best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives.
- Debug, test, and integrate applications with databases.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Python.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and version control tools.
- Understanding of database management and application integration.
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert, collaborate across teams, and contribute to technical decisions.
