Responsibilities

  • Apply traditional and deep learning algorithm techniques, including optical, physical, and mathematical modeling and inverse problems, to improve KLA product results.
  • Experiment with techniques to improve modeling results and reduce computational costs.
  • Build signal and image processing and analysis tools for experimentation.
  • Manage measurement and imaging data used to train and experiment with AI and physics-modeling systems.
  • Develop software tools and solutions for processing and analyzing measurements and images.

Requirements

  • Be a student pursuing a master's or PhD-level degree.
  • Work with AI, deep learning, modeling, signal processing, image processing, measurement data, and imaging data.

Benefits

  • Base pay is $40.00-$50.00 per hour, depending on pursuit of a master's or PhD; compensation figures are excluded from benefits classification.
  • Primary location is Ann Arbor, Michigan.
