Responsibilities
- Own the Recommendation service to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with global teams to build a world-class recommendation system.
- Analyze customer behavior data to extract insights.
- Develop and improve machine learning models and algorithms.
- Create data jobs for feature generation and model training.
- Mentor and support the growth of engineering teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with large-scale datasets and machine learning models.
- Proven ability to discover patterns and solve problems using data science.
- Self-motivated learner with a track record of launching successful features.
- Experience as a tech lead collaborating across teams.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
