Responsibilities
- Lead critical EMEA mandates and end-to-end CBPR+/ISO 20022 solutioning.
- Conduct regulatory analysis, impact assessments, data mapping, and systems analysis.
- Elicit requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, business process flows, and use cases.
- Analyze and document requirements and designs using epics and stories.
- Lead application design for multiple solutions across technology platforms.
- Develop banking solutions and collaborate with business and technology teams.
Requirements
- Strong payments and banking domain expertise, including SWIFT, ACH, CHAPS, Faster Payments, SEPA, and TARGET2.
- Knowledge of ISO 20022, demand deposit accounting, treasury and cash management systems, and banking regulations.
- Understanding of OFAC, FTR, PSD2, AML, trade finance, and loans.
- Extensive technical and data analysis experience across varied architectures.
- Good technical and architecture knowledge, communication skills, and business-technology collaboration ability.
