Base Salary
$44k - $88k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines supporting software and drivers that command and control tactical systems and sensors.
- Support system imaging and software releases for tactical systems.
- Set up and maintain servers, developer environments, tactical systems, and development networks.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, computer, and RF engineers on multidisciplinary projects.
- Assist with planning, conducting, and evaluating approaches to meet project objectives.
- Analyze, design, develop, and maintain products and assist with commercialization.
- Design testing and imaging procedures and coordinate testing for tactical systems and in-house software frameworks.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an applicable security clearance.
- Effective with modern programming languages such as Java and Python and with Linux.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Git, Ansible, or Puppet.
- Knowledge of computer networking and large-scale software design processes.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Ability to rapidly learn and apply new technical information, manage workloads, provide progress feedback, and work under mentor supervision.
- Preferred qualifications include a GPA of 3.3 or higher and previous internship, co-op, or other work experience.
