Responsibilities
- Own product areas end-to-end, from problem discovery to solution design and implementation.
- Engage regularly with customers to understand their workflows and pain points.
- Make informed product decisions based on user signals and business impact.
- Build and ship features across the full stack, including frontend, backend, and AI systems.
- Contribute to product strategy by integrating customer insights into roadmap discussions.
- Iterate quickly by shipping, learning from usage data, and refining continuously.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack expertise in React, TypeScript, Python, and AWS.
- Demonstrated product sense with the ability to influence product development.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to turn vague pain points into clear solutions.
- Experience with AI/LLM-powered systems or a strong interest in learning about them.
- Bias toward action, with a focus on quick shipping and iteration.
- Strong curiosity to learn complex domains like market research workflows.
