Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software components across systems and applications.
- Perform Workday data mapping, data conversions, data transformation, and integration activities.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize data conversion processes for accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, advisory input, and solutions affecting multiple teams.
- Lead evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve software capabilities and team productivity.
- Make team decisions, contribute to key cross-team decisions, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of data transformation processes and integration techniques.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with system architecture and data flow design principles.
- Strong troubleshooting and data conversion optimization skills.
- Deep subject-matter expertise with influencing and advisory capabilities.
