Responsibilities

Define and execute the quality assurance roadmap for the Cognos program.
Lead UAT and regression testing for TM1 models, reporting dashboards, data integrations, and UI enhancements.
Establish testing protocols and quality-by-design standards for the five-person development team.
Provide architectural backup and technical continuity for the Senior Architect and Technical Manager.
Assist with scalable data integration and application architecture design.
Act as a technical escalation point and mentor graduates and junior developers.
Own the technical integrity of releases and coordinate with stakeholders on financial reporting timelines.
Support 24/7 architectural stability in coordination with the Support Manager and Team Administrator.

Extensive experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and IBM Cognos Analytics.
A proven track record as a Technical Lead or Architect in a financial systems or F&A environment.
Deep knowledge of software testing life cycles and experience with automated testing tools.
Ability to lead without formal authority with strong reliability and proactive ownership.
Fluent English and the ability to explain complex technical and architectural concepts in business-friendly language.
