Base Salary
$120k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver GTM stack projects including tool implementations, integrations, routing and lifecycle automations, and cross-tool enhancements from design through rollout and enablement.
- Handle tier 2 escalations involving flow errors, integration failures, data models, and cross-system issues, resolving root causes with durable fixes.
- Build and maintain integrations and data flows using iPaaS tools and APIs across Snowflake, Salesforce, and downstream GTM systems.
- Implement AI agents and LLM-powered workflows, including triage, enrichment, next-step capture, and MCP integrations.
- Configure Salesforce flows, data models, permissions, sandbox environments, and releases, with equivalent work across other GTM tools as needed.
- Contribute to solution design, requirements, architecture, tradeoff analysis, and downstream impact assessment.
- Coordinate with vendors on implementations, support cases, and proofs of concept, and evaluate new tools hands-on.
- Document builds, establish reusable patterns, and mentor the IC2 engineer on troubleshooting and configuration.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience administering and building on GTM or business systems.
- Deep Salesforce experience with flows, data models, permissions, and deployments, plus hands-on experience in at least two other GTM tool categories.
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end implementations, integrations, or process automation projects that shipped successfully in production.
- Experience building and debugging integrations through iPaaS tools or APIs, including understanding authentication, rate limits, synchronization direction, and failure modes.
- Hands-on experience or strong demonstrated interest in applying agents, LLM-powered automation, or MCP-style integrations to systems work.
- Comfort with SQL and data warehouse concepts, including tracing data quality issues from source to destination.
- Strong root-cause analysis, documentation, stakeholder communication, scoping, and constructive pushback skills.
- Familiarity with Apex, Python, or JavaScript sufficient to read, understand, and review code.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
