Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, maintenance, and support of scalable full-stack applications.
- Lead Java application development using Spring and Spring Boot.
- Oversee responsive frontend development using Angular and/or React.js.
- Architect, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and service-oriented application ecosystems.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, architectural guidance, and coding standards for development teams.
- Lead application integration and optimization with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL databases.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance and reliability improvements.
- Drive work across the full software development lifecycle and collaborate with DevOps, QA, UX/UI, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, object-oriented design, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Proven full-stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies, including Angular and/or React.js.
- Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful web services and APIs.
- Practical experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL, including performance tuning and data modeling oversight.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, clean architecture, and industry best practices.
- Technical leadership experience mentoring developers and driving architectural and engineering standards.
- Strong organizational, analytical, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English required; fluent French and experience in international environments are preferred.
