Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and sustain product security requirements, architectures, certification-ready designs, standards, processes, and controls across the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate with systems, software, hardware, customer, supplier, and industry partners to define cybersecurity requirements, artifacts, activities, and solutions.
- Conduct threat analyses, risk assessments, audits, vulnerability identification, risk documentation, and mitigation tracking through closure.
- Advise stakeholders on assessment results and recommendations for architecture, design, and software assurance improvements.
- Support cyber testing and validation, including tabletop exercises, security-control verification, scan-result analysis, and audit evidence preparation.
- Execute cybersecurity tasks independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering and stakeholder teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
- At least 9 years of experience in development, integration, validation, and verification of cybersecurity systems is required.
- At least 5 years of experience working within the DoD Risk Management Framework is required.
- At least 3 years of engineering or technical experience with aircraft, mission systems, or training solutions is required.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- Preferred experience includes 10 or more years in cybersecurity, anti-tamper, or secure computing; cybersecurity leadership; avionics product security engineering; vulnerability scanning and system hardening; threat analysis and security risk assessments; cyber artifact generation; requirements analysis; military aircraft systems; software lifecycle and secure code practices; Program Protection; Software Assurance; and Supply Chain Risk Management.
- Experience preparing and presenting technical material to diverse audiences and coordinating technical tasks or work packages is preferred.
