Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

- Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain business applications, web-based tools, automation solutions, and software systems.
- Develop front-end and back-end components for full-stack software solutions.
- Analyze requirements and translate business and technical needs into software solutions.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions and transition successful solutions to long-term engineering or operational teams.
- Develop applications, enhance legacy production systems, and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Prepare software specifications, technical documentation, and test plans.
- Develop unit and integration tests, conduct system and user testing, and resolve defects and bugs.
- Create and manage migration packages for system, user, and production environments.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, code reviews, technical discussions, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Track development work and deliverables through Azure DevOps or similar engineering workflow tools.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a target level of approximately 8–10 years.
- 8+ years of experience with C#.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another related technical field.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, software design, and large-scale software systems.
- Experience developing and supporting full-stack applications that connect front-end applications to back-end services and data sources.
- Experience with data modeling and data sources.
- Experience troubleshooting new and legacy production systems, including diagnosis, debugging, testing, and defect resolution.
- Experience designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining software applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability and willingness to work onsite five days per week.
