Base Salary
$177k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production machine learning models for perception systems.
- Own end-to-end model development from data preparation to deployment.
- Write production-quality ML code for scalable training and evaluation workflows.
- Analyze model performance and iterate to improve robustness and accuracy.
- Develop and optimize perception models using multi-modal sensor data.
- Collaborate with software and autonomy engineers to integrate models into production.
- Support improvements to training pipelines and data workflows.
- Contribute to model architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Mentor junior engineers on machine learning best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience, or a Master's with 3+ years, or a Ph.D. with 1+ year of experience.
- Experience developing production machine learning models for computer vision or robotics.
- Strong programming skills in Python and PyTorch.
- Experience training and evaluating deep learning models with large datasets.
- Experience with image-based and/or 3D perception systems.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures for perception applications.
- Ability to translate perception challenges into practical machine learning solutions.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to integrate ML models.
