Base Salary

$82k - $122k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements, technical designs, and customer acceptance results to define test scope and estimates.
  • Create, update, and execute comprehensive automated, performance, security, and non-functional test cases.
  • Identify defects, document test progress and results, verify fixes, and work with development teams on resolutions.
  • Perform performance analysis to identify issues and root causes and recommend platform-wide improvements.
  • Communicate test results, risks, and schedule impacts to project stakeholders and team leads.
  • Create QA exit reports, test design documents, customer acceptance test plans, and production-support handoff materials.
  • Develop tools and processes to optimize testing and reduce time to market.
  • Guide team members on technical test execution and provide production support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in automation testing, preferably with Selenium.
  • Strong performance-testing experience, preferably with JMeter.
  • Experience with requirements analysis, programming languages such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript, or SQL, and writing process-optimization tools.
  • Experience with SQL, JIRA, and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to EDI.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to make decisions affecting project or function deliverables.
