Base Salary
$140k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct R&D and production software development for next-generation radar products.
- Support software integration on primarily commercial off-the-shelf hardware.
- Support deployed software capabilities used by U.S. and international customers.
- Work full-time onsite at the company’s El Segundo, California office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional object-oriented software development experience.
- Extensive or advanced Python experience.
- Experience with Linux-based software development, Agile lifecycle processes, Scrum, Continuous Integration, and Test-Driven Development.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate on small teams.
- U.S. Person status is required to access U.S.-only data systems.
- Preferred qualifications include radar, sensor, signal processing, target detection and tracking, CUDA, software-defined radio, networking, near-real-time embedded software, containers, virtualization, secure boot and encryption, defense architectures and messaging standards, modeling and simulation, DevOps or DevSecOps, high-TRL systems, hardware/software integration and verification, and additional programming languages such as C++, Rust, NodeJS, Java, or Go.
- A current or previous DoD security clearance is preferred.
