Base Salary

$90k - $140k/yr

Responsibilities

Serve as a ServiceNow developer on a cross-functional development team.
Design and develop custom scoped applications on the Now Platform, including ACLs, client scripts, UI Builder, business rules, workflows, and custom Service Portal widgets.
Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise application systems.
Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards.
Support customer requirements analysis and user story development.
Perform application testing.

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2–3+ years of relevant experience.
At least three years of development experience using the ServiceNow platform.
Current ServiceNow System Administration certification.
Experience with App Engine and building ServiceNow applications.
Object-oriented development experience focused on JavaScript, including client- and server-side scripting.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow REST APIs and custom Service Portal widget development.
Experience developing, customizing, and administering multiple ServiceNow components.
Knowledge of ServiceNow database hierarchies, design, and development/configuration best practices.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
U.S. citizenship and an existing ICE Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
ServiceNow Application Development certification is strongly preferred.
Angular, React, additional ServiceNow certifications, federal law enforcement support experience, and ServiceNow AI experience are preferred or advantageous.
