Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic AI solutions for infrastructure operations use cases.
- Build single-agent and multi-agent systems using planner–executor, tool-using, and reflection patterns.
- Develop reusable agent frameworks, tools, and workflows aligned with enterprise standards.
- Integrate agents with ITSM, monitoring, observability, and automation platforms.
- Develop secure Python-based tools and APIs that agents can invoke reliably.
- Implement agent capabilities with LLMs and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
- Manage context, memory, cost, latency, and reliability trade-offs.
- Implement security controls, human-in-the-loop workflows, guardrails, failure handling, and rollback mechanisms.
- Own delivery of assigned agentic use cases and collaborate with infrastructure, platform, automation, architecture, and governance teams.
- Produce clear technical documentation.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Advanced Python skills for automation, APIs, and asynchronous workflows.
- Experience with REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and JSON.
- Strong knowledge of data center and cloud administration, monitoring, observability, and ITSM platforms.
- Experience building agent-based systems beyond chatbots.
- Strong understanding of context and memory management.
- Experience with AIOps or auto-remediation platforms.
- Exposure to MCP.
- Strong infrastructure managed services expertise across data center, cloud, network, compute, and storage domains.
