Responsibilities
- Support engineering teams with self-service tools for provisioning, building, testing, and deploying applications.
- Improve system reliability, security, scalability, and developer experience through automation.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code and environment automation across development and production environments.
- Drive operational excellence through monitoring, logging, and process improvements.
- Partner with engineering teams to streamline infrastructure and deployment workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- 5+ years of experience with software or scripting, system administration, infrastructure, networking, or security.
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Ruby.
- Experience administering Linux or Windows systems.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and improve delivery workflows.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with Ansible and proficiency with Terraform.
- Preferred: knowledge of deployment strategies, tagging, release processes, DNS, VPNs, load balancing, and firewalls.
- Preferred: experience with Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
