Responsibilities

Support Braze’s self-serve AI Decisioning product built in Vue.js and TypeScript.
Rebuild the Vue.js application in React and integrate it with other customer engagement platform APIs.
Build new interfaces that provide insights into the performance and behavior of AI decisioning agents.
Create new experiences that allow users to customize their own AI Decisioning-powered marketing campaigns.

Have 3+ years of relevant experience.
Skilled in modern frontend languages and frameworks (TypeScript, React, Vue, Angular, etc.).
Comfortable contributing to backend development and integrating frontend applications with server-side APIs.
Significant experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright).
User-centric attitude with a strong focus on UX.
Pride in writing elegant, maintainable code.
Comfortable working in a large frontend codebase with many stakeholders.
Preferred: Experience developing user experiences for machine learning and data-intensive applications.
Preferred: Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Node.js.
Preferred: Familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts and applications.
