Base Salary
$229k - $364k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build systems and data pipelines to observe, measure, detect, and enforce against Trust and Safety violations, including legal compliance, content safety, fraud, bot activity, abuse, and impersonation.
- Build tools and dashboards for operations and investigations.
- Investigate data to identify new attack patterns and improve existing solutions.
- Develop and work with real-time systems and event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, data science, operations, and legal teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Trust and Safety, such as anti-abuse, bot, content safety, or fraud.
- At least 5 years of backend development experience with Python.
- At least 5 years of data-handling experience with SQL, Snowflake, Dagster, Airflow, or similar tools.
- Experience building tools and dashboards and applying statistical analysis and anomaly detection.
- Experience with real-time systems and event-driven architectures.
- Preferred experience includes ML model development and deployment, behavioral analytics, user journey analysis, and A/B testing and experimentation.
