Responsibilities
- Assist in resolving technical inquiries from customers and partners.
- Shadow engineers in setting up technical integrations with customer teams.
- Document issues in JIRA and communicate via Slack with Product and Engineering teams.
- Participate in troubleshooting bugs and defects through the Service Desk.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to understand collaborative solution development.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of web technologies and APIs.
- Strong interest in customer support and technical troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
