Base Salary
$156k - $312k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native AI-powered software systems and intelligent automation solutions.
- Own service execution and architectural integrity in alignment with domain strategies and enterprise standards.
- Drive operational excellence through code reviews, incident analysis, and improvements to reliability and performance.
- Champion DevOps and CI/CD practices for resilient, observable, and performant services.
- Mentor engineers and promote high standards in design, testing, and delivery.
- Resolve architectural bottlenecks and improve scalability and developer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area plus 6 years of software engineering or related experience, or 8 years of such experience.
- Proven expertise designing and building scalable, cloud-native software systems with AI integration.
- Strong technical leadership and architectural decision-making experience.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and incident management.
- Ability to mentor engineers and improve system performance.
- Preferred: master’s degree in a relevant field plus 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
- Preferred: knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
