Responsibilities
- Lead design and architecture for major features or components.

- Establish and champion engineering best practices.
- Mentor Senior and mid-level engineers to enhance their technical skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven track record of leading technical initiatives across multiple systems.
- Deep expertise in frontend and/or backend technologies relevant to OneTrust's platform.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools in a professional setting.
