Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents and agentic workflows for software development, testing, code review, issue resolution, and engineering operations.
- Build multi-agent orchestration solutions that plan, execute, validate, and coordinate complex engineering tasks.
- Integrate AI agents with GitHub, Jira, CI/CD pipelines, source repositories, testing systems, and developer tools.
- Develop reusable agents, skills, tools, APIs, MCP servers, and agent-to-agent integrations.
- Research and evaluate LLMs, coding agents, agent frameworks, and AI engineering technologies.
- Establish production patterns for agent governance, security, observability, evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Create prototypes and proofs of concept and transition successful solutions into scalable production services.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to engineering teams.
Requirements
- Experience designing and building production-ready AI agents and agentic workflows for software engineering.
- Ability to build multi-agent orchestration and integrate agents with enterprise engineering platforms and developer tools.
- Experience establishing governance, security, observability, evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls for AI systems.
- Knowledge of LLMs, coding agents, agent frameworks, MCP servers, and AI engineering technologies.
- Ability to provide architecture guidance, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and partner with engineering organizations.
