Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle HCM Payroll implementation and enhancement projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Configure Oracle Cloud Payroll and develop Fast Formulas for Payroll and HCM processes.
- Design and implement data migration using HCM Data Loader.
- Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI.
- Build and customize applications using Visual Builder Studio.
- Support integration, testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production activities.
- Troubleshoot Payroll production issues and prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
- Hands-on experience with multiple Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations and strong Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll expertise.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud technical development, Payroll configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, and data migration.
- Knowledge of Fast Formulas, PL/SQL, Visual Builder Studio, HCM Data Loader, and OTBI.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Oracle HCM data model and strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Oracle HCM Cloud Certification, experience with Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, HR Help Desk, Time & Labor, or Absence modules, and knowledge of Oracle Cloud Security.
- Knowledge of BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, and Oracle Integration Cloud is preferred.
- Experience with business process re-engineering, requirements analysis, application configuration, production deployment support, and Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
