Base Salary
$18 - $25/yr
Responsibilities
- Assist with designing technically accurate customer solutions and removing barriers to solution delivery.
- Create documentation and technically accurate bills of materials using strategic vendor tools.
- Build and maintain product demonstrations in the demo lab.
- Understand customer requirements and document findings during scoping conversations.
- Research technical topics and support client and sales-team questions.
- Troubleshoot system configuration conflicts and communicate with sales teams.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in the senior year of an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Pursue a field of study applicable to the Solutions Engineer Internship.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better.
- Understand or be interested in learning networking fundamentals, datacenter virtualization, security, data and analytics, or AI concepts.
- Demonstrate technical problem-solving ability, attention to detail, communication skills, and a customer mindset.
- Be available to work 40 hours per week throughout the 12-week summer internship.
- Academic, professional, or internship experience in a professional setting is preferred.
