Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and assure quality for SAP product features.
- Develop and maintain Generative AI digital assistants using LLMs, AI APIs, and RAG pipelines.
- Build full-stack features with Java, Spring Boot, and SAP or web UI technologies.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated monitoring for digital assistant applications.
- Integrate digital assistants with cloud platforms and cross-functional team applications.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across production environments.
- Analyze issues, implement solutions, support deployed systems, and contribute to continuous architectural and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Software Architects on intelligent assistant capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for cloud-native microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt engineering, and integrating LLM services into applications.
- Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform and the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model.
- Proficiency with SAP UI5, Fiori, or React.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, observability practices, and cloud deployment workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking, statistical modeling skills, and comfort with machine learning techniques such as time series forecasting, recommendation, and optimization.
- Proficiency with experimentation, feature engineering, and model deployment.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Clear communication, collaborative problem-solving, customer focus, and emotional intelligence.
