Responsibilities

Design and build the production runtime for LLM-based agents and products.
Develop application-level knowledge to inform requirements and best practices for AI systems.
Lead the design and automation of production infrastructure on cloud environments.
Promote best engineering practices for production hygiene and culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex application or infrastructure issues.
Architect and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
Develop monitoring and alerting systems for AI-driven systems.

Extensive experience as a Software/Backend Engineer with increasing responsibility.
Experience across the full product lifecycle of technology/SaaS products.
Exceptional programming skills in Python/Go/Java.
Proficient in diverse compute environments including Kubernetes and Databricks.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
Proficient in monitoring and alerting stacks for observability.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
