Responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI architects, engineering leads, and business stakeholders to design and implement generative and agentic AI solutions.
- Architect context engineering strategies including context layering, chaining, compression, pruning, offloading, and memory management.
- Design prompt engineering, RAG, hybrid search, multi-vector retrieval, re-ranking, knowledge graph, and Graph RAG systems.
- Build agentic workflows and multi-agent systems using Google ADK and comparable frameworks, including supervisor/worker, hierarchical, and peer-to-peer orchestration.
- Develop agent harnesses covering governance, constraints, feedback loops, state and session management, execution controls, isolation, and sandboxing.
- Integrate agents with tools and data through MCP and coordinate inter-agent collaboration through A2A.
- Support production deployment, scalability, observability, maintainability, and real-time or streaming AI solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI, guardrails, data privacy, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, and share advances in generative and agentic AI.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in AI or software development, including significant generative AI and agentic AI experience.
- Portfolio of successful AI-driven projects delivered in a business environment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- Hands-on expertise in foundation models, LLMs, embeddings, tokenization, context-window management, prompt engineering, and context engineering.
- Strong experience building RAG systems, hybrid search, multi-vector retrieval, vector databases, and embedding-based retrieval.
- Practical knowledge graph and Graph RAG experience, including graph databases such as Neo4j or ArangoDB.
- Experience with Google ADK or comparable agent frameworks, tool and function calling, planning, memory, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Experience with MCP, A2A, agent observability, evaluation, tracing, and OpenTelemetry-based tooling.
- Proficiency with OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and NLP techniques including NER, dependency parsing, text classification, and topic modeling.
- Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, data preprocessing, document ingestion, API development, and Python.
- Strong collaboration, communication, analytical problem-solving, proactive learning, innovation, and mentoring skills.
Benefits
- Primary location is Tampa, Florida, United States, with full-time employment.
- Base salary range is $113,840.00–$170,760.00, excluding additional incentive and retention awards.
