Base Salary
$179k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own greenfield products from inception through deployment and provide hands-on technical leadership.
- Design and build highly scalable distributed services with a strong emphasis on backend architecture.
- Develop across JavaScript/TypeScript and additional languages, databases, cloud infrastructure, and big data pipelines.
- Partner with Digital Product Managers to define technical strategy and deliver consumer-facing features.
- Participate in architecture, coding, code evaluation, mentoring, performance optimization, and cross-functional technical initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 4 years of software engineering experience, excluding internship experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms, cloud-based productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, 7+ years coding in multiple listed languages, database experience, cloud experience, open-source framework contributions, frontend framework experience, API development, automated testing, Git-based version control, cloud troubleshooting, mentoring, observability, AI coding tools, and technical initiative leadership.
