Responsibilities
- Build and enhance software build-management and requirements-management web applications for aircraft engine control systems.
- Optimize existing tools and create intuitive graphical interfaces.
- Document detailed help files and user guides for new and updated tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm, evaluate, and implement solutions.
- Analyze tool performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Gain hands-on exposure to the DO-178C software development process.
Requirements
- Be eligible to work in Canada and enrolled in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Pursue a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
- Have experience with SQL, PHP, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, D3, jQuery, JavaScript, Git, XML, JSON, and APIs.
- Understand relational databases and web page design.
- Have strong written and spoken English communication skills, problem-solving ability, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
- Preferred qualifications include graphic design knowledge and experience with LaTeX, Python, Visual Basic, C++, or the Symfony PHP framework.
- Be organized and able to manage competing priorities.

- Monday-to-Friday schedule with flexible hours.
- Exclusively onsite at the Mississauga, Ontario location.
- Salary range is 23.70 to 34.50 CAD.
- Employment is conditional on successful criminal background checks and any required controlled-goods clearances.
