Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into documented solution architectures and technical designs.
- Guide development teams and collaborate with product owners and scrum teams on feature delivery.
- Create and monitor architecture roadmaps, target-state architecture, and architecture backlogs.
- Maintain baseline architecture in the enterprise repository according to ArchiMate modeling standards.
- Provide thought leadership, quality assurance, coaching, and professional guidance to architects and developers.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and communicate complex architecture and IT topics to senior management.
- Monitor technology trends and identify opportunities to improve the Commercial Finance IT landscape.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect.
- BS or MS degree in Computer Information Science or a related technical field.
- TOGAF and ArchiMate certification preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Broad understanding of strategy and architecture modeling standards.
- Thorough understanding of the financial industry, including business models and processes; Inventory Finance familiarity is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with microservices architecture, SOAP and API services.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Node.js, and Vue.js.
- Experience developing applications on cloud platforms such as Azure.
- Experience with Business Process Management applications such as PEGA.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and protocols such as OWASP.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database management.
