Senior Security Engineer, Identity

Responsibilities
- Build an identity engine supporting the company’s security program.
- Create applications that implement and enforce the identity framework.
- Develop integrations across identity providers, cloud providers, SaaS tools, and internal systems.
- Automate identity provisioning, access reviews, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with IAM engineers and partner teams on architecture, design reviews, and iterative delivery.
Requirements
- Strong programming ability in one or more general-purpose languages such as Go or Rust.
- Production experience with infrastructure-as-code languages or tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK.
- Experience with identity protocols including SAML, OIDC, SCIM, or OAuth, or with identity providers such as Okta or Azure AD.
- Ability to translate system design requirements into clean, maintainable implementations.
- Experience contributing to architecture and design reviews.
- Experience with cloud platforms and deploying applications through CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work autonomously, own projects, and collaborate across teams.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
- Preferred: experience troubleshooting complex identity and access issues across distributed systems.
- Preferred: familiarity with RBAC, ABAC, or policy-as-code frameworks such as OPA or Cedar.
- Preferred: experience building bespoke solutions in high-growth, high-complexity environments.
- Preferred: experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP ecosystems and tooling.
