Base Salary

$76k - $144k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop automation solutions that enable efficient and consistent code builds and deployments.
  • Own, optimize, and support the program’s CI/CD pipeline for the simulation environment.
  • Troubleshoot build-chain and CI/CD pipeline issues.
  • Identify manual processes for automation and recommend strategy and process improvements.
  • Consider the broader CI/CD infrastructure when making changes and improvements.
  • Support continuous integration, testing, diagnostics, virtualization, networking, and cloud or virtual-environment integration.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
  • Requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance before the start date and U.S. citizenship.
  • Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with GitLab, Jira, Confluence, Coverity, Nexus, Artifactory, and Splunk.
  • Experience with automation frameworks such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
  • Experience with virtual environments such as VMware or Proxmox.
  • Basic TCP/IP and VLAN networking knowledge and experience configuring network devices or virtual networks.
  • Preferred experience includes Python, Bash, PowerShell, real-time testing and diagnostics, Red Hat OpenShift, OpenStack, cloud networking, RESTful APIs, Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, SQL and NoSQL databases, JSON, XML, YAML, XSD, Linux, Windows, and legacy-system refactoring.
  • Preferred certifications include Security+, CISSP, or equivalent, and CCNA or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience includes AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and VMware Cloud, as well as Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code.
