Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support complex software components, services, APIs, and MuleSoft integrations.
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, and Bulk API.
- Implement DataWeave transformations, error handling, logging, reusable MuleSoft components, and shared services.
- Participate in requirements analysis, design discussions, sprint planning, unit testing, integration testing, and the full software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve integration defects, production issues, and performance problems using root-cause analysis.
- Lead code reviews, contribute to development frameworks and tools, and ensure code quality, maintainability, security, and compliance.
- Maintain technical documentation and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field with 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and training.
- 5–6 years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience.
- In-depth knowledge of information systems and IT best practices.
- Experience integrating Salesforce using REST, SOAP, and Bulk API.
- Proficiency with DataWeave, RAML, and API development.
- Understanding of microservices and cloud-based integrations.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps processes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- MuleSoft Developer Certification is preferred; Salesforce certifications and enterprise-level integration experience are a plus.
