Responsibilities
- Implement new and improved IVR self-service experiences alongside senior engineers.
- Develop and update call flow logic according to team coding standards and code review practices.
- Create and update automated test cases for call flows.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and use call data to evaluate performance.
Requirements
- Software development experience through coursework, projects, or prior internships.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
- Have one or more courses remaining in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program after the internship.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and good communication skills.
