Base Salary

$195k - $343k/yr

Responsibilities

Leverage AI to automate support workflows and deliver new AI-powered support product experiences.
Design, build, and maintain scalable machine learning systems, including large language models.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and operations teams.
Build generative AI systems that scale across multiple business units.
Stay current on developments in LLMs and applied ML to enhance systems.
Mentor peers and contribute to technical documentation and design reviews.

8+ years of experience in training and deploying ML models and shipping customer-facing ML products.
Deep understanding of modern ML techniques and the ML lifecycle.
Ruthless pragmatism in solving new and unconventional problems.
Desire to understand client needs to design effective tools and systems.
Ability to produce production-quality code and services with testing and monitoring.
Experience with major cloud vendors for high scale production use cases.
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
