Responsibilities
- Use ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB capabilities to identify, map, and manage technology assets and relationships.
- Improve CMDB data quality and support configuration management practices.
- Develop, configure, and maintain Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and automation solutions.
- Work with technology teams to improve data reliability and support service management processes.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders by providing guidance and technical expertise.
Requirements
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Discovery, including discovery schedules, credentials, and MID Servers.
- Experience managing and improving CMDB data quality, relationships, and configuration management practices.
- Ability to develop, configure, and maintain Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, and automation solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including cloud, infrastructure, networking, and modern platforms.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide technical expertise.
