Base Salary
$96k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, code, maintain, and troubleshoot robust C++ software for real-time tactical radar applications.
- Collaborate with Scrum teams in a DevSecOps environment and contribute to architectural decisions and technical reviews.
- Execute software integration testing and root-cause analysis using Jenkins and Linux-based tools.
- Develop Python, Bash, or Perl scripts to automate testing, log analysis, and system integration tasks.
- Support radar site operations through potential travel and grow toward technical leadership or software architecture responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor-level STEM education and at least 5 years of prior relevant experience are typically required.
- Proficiency in C++ and object-oriented design is required.
- Experience with Linux development environments and Jenkins, Jira, and Git is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required, and U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.
- Preferred qualifications include MATLAB, Docker, Kubernetes, Podman, Python, Perl, Bash, data structures and algorithms, system software design, radar systems, digital signal processing, and real-time embedded software experience.
