Base Salary
$207k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical relationship for post-sale customers and act as their trusted advisor.
- Own account health, adoption velocity, and ongoing technical deployment success.
- Conduct technical enablement and configuration sessions across the product portfolio.
- Identify and validate use cases by embedding with customer teams.
- Lead account level coordination across multiple workstreams.
- Build strong relationships with academic and technical stakeholders.
- Translate customer objectives into an actionable adoption roadmap.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to surface customer feedback and technical blockers.
- Guide value realization through measurable outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops on use case design and adoption best practices.
- Identify opportunities for expansion of OpenAI's platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles.
- Experience with education institutions is preferred but not necessary.
- Deep knowledge of OpenAI product capabilities and integration patterns.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Comfortable mapping workflows and diagnosing adoption challenges.
- Excellent project and program management skills.
- Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong record of driving technical deployments in complex environments.
