Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced machine learning models using structured and unstructured data to improve customer experience.
  • Create LLM-based solutions that help legal professionals save time and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, and data science to identify ML-driven customer features.
  • Work with machine learning engineers, MLOps engineers, and full-stack developers across multiple projects.
  • Contribute in an agile environment with distributed teams and customers.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience developing traditional machine learning, NLP, and transformer-based models.
  • Proficiency in manipulating, cleaning, and preprocessing complex unstructured datasets.
  • Experience with agentic frameworks and workflows.
  • Experience with open-source LLM foundation models and commercial LLM APIs such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
  • A portfolio of projects demonstrating successes, challenges, and growth as a machine learning expert.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with internal teams and external customers.
  • Ability and desire to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
