Responsibilities
- Develop advanced machine learning models using structured and unstructured data to improve customer experience.
- Create LLM-based solutions that help legal professionals save time and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, operations, and data science to identify ML-driven customer features.
- Work with machine learning engineers, MLOps engineers, and full-stack developers across multiple projects.
- Contribute in an agile environment with distributed teams and customers.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience developing traditional machine learning, NLP, and transformer-based models.
- Proficiency in manipulating, cleaning, and preprocessing complex unstructured datasets.
- Experience with agentic frameworks and workflows.
- Experience with open-source LLM foundation models and commercial LLM APIs such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
- A portfolio of projects demonstrating successes, challenges, and growth as a machine learning expert.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with internal teams and external customers.
- Ability and desire to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
