Base Salary

$100k - $130k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and implement backend services and APIs for scalable, secure, and efficient agentic solutions.
Develop and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and real-time processing of large datasets.
Build distributed systems using Azure, AWS, or GCP and Docker/Kubernetes for high availability and fault tolerance.
Integrate backend logic with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices.
Collaborate with product management, design, and QA teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Conduct code reviews and enforce performance, reliability, and security standards.
Research and integrate LLM orchestration, multi-agent systems, and knowledge graphs.
Document architecture and technical decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in C#, Java, Python, or C++.
Hands-on experience with data pipelines, cloud platforms, and Docker/Kubernetes.
Ability to solve customer problems and deliver outcomes in agile environments while managing ambiguity.
Preferred experience building AI-driven applications or distributed systems.
Preferred full-stack development experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Preferred experience with nsjail, Firecracker, and MS Orleans.
Preferred experience with vector databases, semantic search, and prompt engineering.
Knowledge of reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, or multi-agent coordination is preferred.
Familiarity with LLM frameworks, agent orchestration, and knowledge representation techniques is preferred.
