Base Salary
$100k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services and APIs for scalable, secure, and efficient agentic solutions.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and real-time processing of large datasets.
- Build distributed systems using Azure, AWS, or GCP and Docker/Kubernetes for high availability and fault tolerance.
- Integrate backend logic with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices.
- Collaborate with product management, design, and QA teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce performance, reliability, and security standards.
- Research and integrate LLM orchestration, multi-agent systems, and knowledge graphs.
- Document architecture and technical decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in C#, Java, Python, or C++.
- Hands-on experience with data pipelines, cloud platforms, and Docker/Kubernetes.
- Ability to solve customer problems and deliver outcomes in agile environments while managing ambiguity.
- Preferred experience building AI-driven applications or distributed systems.
- Preferred full-stack development experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Preferred experience with nsjail, Firecracker, and MS Orleans.
- Preferred experience with vector databases, semantic search, and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, or multi-agent coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks, agent orchestration, and knowledge representation techniques is preferred.
