Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own initiatives from planning through launch while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Build and maintain backend services that manage funds flows between Lithic and external financial institutions.
- Improve resilience, reliability, and correctness across the ledger, ACH, wire, and reconciliation systems.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Treasury ecosystem, technical stack, and movement of money.
- At the Senior level, lead architectural direction and solve complex distributed-systems challenges.
Requirements
- Demonstrate curiosity and the ability to understand complex systems, root causes, and broader financial impacts.
- Use a structured approach to learning and building complete mental models of technical and business domains.
- Operate autonomously with urgency and deliver high-quality solutions in an ownership-oriented environment.
- Senior candidates should have experience building distributed systems and designing scalable, high-stakes infrastructure.
- Prior fintech experience is not required.
